All orders received on Sundays and national holidays will be processed and sent to you on the next working day.

Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 days for local orders. Exact delivery time is mentioned in every product description and may vary depending on the location, logistics partner, and pickup date. Public holidays and non-working days are not included

Al-Fahd Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally refuse or cancel the shipment at any stage without any reason, while the customer can cancel the order at any time before the promised ship time, and no penalty is imposed. After product delivery, a customer can not cancel the order.
