When making online payments by credit/debit card, make sure your card is enabled by Parent Bank for online payments.
Any product/item can be returned or replaced if it is incorrect/incomplete or defective/damaged within 7 days after delivery. alfahdstore.com reserves the right to refuse a refund request which may result in misuse of our free return policy or product received with missing tags and other components.
The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, unused and without error, also the product must include the original tags along with the original packaging and must have a receipt and order number or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you of your refund or exchange status after checking the status of the item. Although it depends on the quality of the product and your choice whether the product is refundable or exchangeable.
Once your return is approved, we will begin refunds within 48 hours upon receipt of your item within the specified payment method.
Delivery charges paid on your respective order will not be refunded.
Refunding your credit/debit/net banking account may take 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the item.
In case of shipment change, the transit time is equal to our standard delivery time (3 to 5 business days) from the time of exchange. You will be entitled to an exchange of items equal to the value of your original order.
Only orders that have not gone out of the completion center can be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped from our completion center before cancellation, you can refuse to accept the item and return it by courier. If you have paid using Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card, we will refund your order when we receive the cancelled order at our completion center.
